Weight Management

Diet and exercise need to be balanced in order to achieve successful weight loss. You can exercise as much as you'd like but if you are not eating healthy, you will not receive the full benefit of weight loss. We will discuss ways to incorporate healthy eating into your lifestyle and create together an individualized plan to achieve your goals. 

Weight management, using my expertise, improves many medical conditions including high blood pressure, heart disease, diabetes, pre-diabetes or hyperglycaemia, knee and back pain to name a few.

Conquer food intolerances - sensitivities

Some people have a long term struggle with food intolerances, not really knowing what they are yet bearing the pain or social isolation of dealing with them. Often food intolerances affect women as females have more mast cells in their gastro-intestinal tract. Food intolerances however are not food allergies and can not be detected with a blood test. They trigger a response, and that response is individual. 

I can help you identify your food intolerances, get rid of the worst of these symtpoms, and help improve your tolerance over time to get on with living your life.

You can reverse type 2 diabetes ! 

Weight loss using a very low calorie diet to for 3-5 months can reverse diabetes (Type 2 diabetes) . Studies working with the support of their GP found just on 57% of the intervention group who lost 10-15 kg and 86% who lost 15 kg or more achieved remission at 12 months.*
