Food intolerances however are not food allergies and can not be detected with a blood test! Yet these intolerances trigger pain, diarrhoea or constipation, excess flatulance or belching.

You can reverse type 2 diabetes !
Weight loss using a very low calorie diet to for 3-5 months can reverse diabetes (Type 2 diabetes) .
